 Cosplay Meetups Registration

Thank you for your interest in hosting an official Anime Magic! INK’D Cosplay Meet-up!

Entries are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will make every attempt to avoid conflicting times with a related panel or guest signing.

    1. All convention rules apply to the Cosplay Meet-ups.

    2. Anime Magic! does not provide photographers nor a Host for Cosplay Meet-ups.

    3. Anime Magic! is not responsible for your personal belongings during the Cosplay Meet-ups.

    4. All participants must be a badge holder for the day the Cosplay Meet-up is held.

    5. Cosplay Meet-up locations are open to the public during free times. During a scheduled Cosplay Meet-up, the Host will have priority of the location.

    6. Please be courteous and respectful. Do not block shots. Follow the rules of the Host. Please contact Anime Magic! with feedback if needed.

    7. Participants must remain clear of landscaping and keep off structures.

    8. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Violation will be subject to disciplinary action.

    HOST CONDUCT

    1. To apply, you must provide a Host and a co-Host to act as back-up. Hosts will act as point-of- contact for the Cosplay Meet-up and will be responsible for coordinating with Anime Magic! staff. Hosts will be responsible for communicating information to the co-Host.

    2. Hosts should arrive 5 minutes before scheduled time to prepare. Hosts must act as timekeepers and wrap up the Cosplay Meet-up at the scheduled end time, regardless if the Cosplay Meet-up started late.

    3. Hosts are responsible for the Cosplay Meet-up location and should leave the location as it was found.

    4. In the event the Host or co-Host do not show up to the Cosplay Meet-up, a new Host may be elected.

    5. Hosts must abide by Anime Magic! staff and Hotel staff. Any violation may result in the photoshoot being cancelled and the offending Host(s) being prohibited from applying to participate in future Anime Magic! conventions.

    COSPLAY MEET-UP SCHEDULING

    1. Cosplay Meet-ups are a maximum of 1 HOUR. Multiple day photoshoots for one theme/series is subject to approval.

    2. Cosplay Meet-ups must end at the scheduled time, regardless if the Cosplay Meet-up started late.

    3. Anime Magic! has the right to change the scheduled date, time, and location of the Cosplay Meet-up. Time slots and series/themes are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Alternate locations will be available in the event of rain.

    4. Cosplay Meet-ups risk cancellation if not started within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.

    5. Hotel staff members of priority use of location at all times and may relocate a Cosplay Meet-up for any reason.
